  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 2 apples grated
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1/4 cup mixed nuts such as almonds, walnuts, and hazelnuts, roughly chopped
  • 2 tbsp mixed seeds such as chia seeds, sunflower seeds, and pumpkin seeds
  • Optional: fresh berries or a pinch of cinnamon for extra flavor

Instructions
 

  • In a large bowl, combine the rolled oats and almond milk. Stir well to ensure all the oats are submerged in the milk.
  • Cover the bowl and refrigerate overnight, allowing the oats to soak and soften.
  • In the morning, add the grated apples and honey to the soaked oats. Mix thoroughly.
  • Divide the muesli into serving bowls.
  • Sprinkle the mixed nuts and seeds over the top of each bowl.
