Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup pomegranate juice
  • 10 fresh mint leaves
  • 2 oz fresh lime juice about 2 limes
  • 4 oz white rum
  • 1 tbsp simple syrup optional, adjust to taste
  • Soda water
  • Ice
  • Pomegranate seeds lime slices, and mint sprigs for garnish

Instructions
 

  • Prepare the Pomegranate Mojito: In a cocktail shaker or glass, muddle the fresh mint leaves until they are well crushed and the oils are released.
