Ingredients
  

  • 1 slice sourdough bread
  • ½ ripe avocado
  • Pinch of sea salt
  • Pinch of freshly ground black pepper
  • Pinch of chili flakes optional
  • Handful of fresh microgreens e.g. radish, sunflower, arugula
  • Optional: drizzle of lemon juice or olive oil

Instructions
 

Toast the Bread:

  • Toast your sourdough slice until golden and crisp.

Mash the Avocado:

  • In a small bowl, mash the avocado with a fork. Season with salt, pepper, and a pinch of chili flakes (if using).

Assemble the Toast:

  • Spread the mashed avocado generously over the toasted bread.

Garnish & Serve:
