  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 2 ripe bananas mashed
  • 1/2 cup walnuts chopped
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1 tbsp honey optional
  • Fresh banana slices and additional walnuts for topping optional

Instructions
 

  • In a large bowl, combine the rolled oats and almond milk. Stir well to ensure the oats are fully soaked.
  • Cover the bowl and refrigerate overnight or for at least 4 hours.
  • In the morning, take the oat mixture out of the fridge and add the mashed bananas, chopped walnuts, and ground cinnamon. Mix thoroughly.
