Ingredients
- 2 slices of multigrain bread
- 1/2 cup coconut yogurt
- 1/2 cup mixed fresh berries strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, blackberries
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
- 1 tablespoon maple syrup
Instructions
- Toast the Bread: Toast the multigrain bread slices until they are golden and crispy.
- Prepare the Berries: Wash and dry the fresh berries. If necessary, slice larger berries like strawberries.
- Assemble the Toast: Spread a generous layer of coconut yogurt on each slice of toasted bread.
- Evenly distribute the mixed fresh berries on top of the yogurt.
- Add Toppings: Sprinkle the chia seeds over the berries.
- Drizzle the maple syrup over the top.
- Serve: Serve immediately and enjoy!
