- 2 chipotle peppers in adobo sauce finely chopped
- 1 tablespoon maple syrup or agave syrup
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
- Salt to taste

- In a bowl, whisk together tahini and water until smooth.
- Add chopped chipotle peppers, maple syrup, lime juice, ground cumin, and salt. Mix well to combine all ingredients thoroughly.
- Adjust seasoning according to taste preferences, adding more salt or lime juice if needed.
